1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Favicon ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI Favicon is a web application that generates favicon images from text prompts using artificial intelligence. The Service provides downloadable favicon packages in multiple formats and sizes.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service without an account (subject to rate limits). Creating an account gives you daily generation credits. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free and Premium Plans

• Free: 3 favicon generations per day, 1 design variant per prompt.
• Premium (€4.99/month): Unlimited generations, 4 design variants per prompt. Billed monthly via Mollie. Cancel anytime from your Settings page.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

Favicons generated by the Service are created using OpenAI's DALL-E model. You own the generated images and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. However, AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• Resell generated favicons as a competing favicon generation service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
